Hi, I’m Sarah,
I help leaders reconnect with their authentic selves so they can lead with calm, clarity, and confidence in a chaotic world.
For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to: excelling in management consulting, achieving external success, and building a life that looked great on paper. But behind the polished exterior, I felt disconnected, only bringing the part of myself I thought would be approved of to my work while shutting off the rest.
Despite my accomplishments, I felt exhausted and unfulfilled. I ignored the warning signs—depression, self-doubt, and a creeping emptiness—until I hit rock bottom. I woke up in tears, numbed myself with wine at night, and wondered where I had gone wrong.
Burnout taught me what success couldn’t: the importance of creating space to reconnect with who I truly am.
The Journey Back to Myself
That breaking point became a turning point. For the first time, I saw how much of my life had been shaped by others’ expectations—seeking approval, following a script, and ignoring the voice inside that longed for more.
Leaving my career wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I set out on a journey of rediscovery, travelling, exploring, and peeling back the layers of conditioning I had carried for so long.
I found healing and clarity through breathwork, mindfulness, and creative exploration. Slowly, I began to untangle myself from old patterns and reconnect with who I am beyond my conditioning.
And when I brought my whole self—my creativity, my groundedness, and my authenticity—back into my work, everything changed. I became more effective, impactful, and fulfilled than I ever imagined possible.
This journey wasn’t about becoming someone new—it was about coming home to myself.
Sarah has a unique calming presence. She provides a space that feels safe, uncluttered, and deeply supportive. Her calmness pervades everything she does. Working with her has helped me move through fears and access parts of myself that needed to be expressed. It’s been a profoundly beneficial journey. Barbara Collins
What I’ve learnt and what I have to offer
I learned that authenticity isn’t about striving for perfection. It’s about embracing who you are, flaws and all, and leading from a place of grounded self-awareness. This journey didn’t just transform my life—it shaped how I help others. Today, I guide leaders to untangle from stress, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their authentic selves so they can lead with grounded confidence.
Here’s what I bring to the table:
Corporate Insight: Years in management consulting taught me the realities of high-pressure environments and the weight of responsibility leaders carry. I know what it’s like to navigate chaos while striving for clarity and balance.
Therapeutic Depth: As a certified breathwork facilitator, trauma release practitioner, and IFS-informed therapist, I use tools that go beyond surface-level solutions to create real, lasting transformation.
Research-Based Expertise: I collaborated with the University of Sussex Medical School on a groundbreaking study exploring the therapeutic effects of breathwork on the brain. The results were impressive and deepened my understanding of how these techniques can create profound change.
Published Author: I’ve written two books, read by thousands, sharing insights into mindfulness, purpose, and self-discovery.
Lived Transformation: My personal journey from burnout to purpose gives me deep empathy for where you are—and a clear understanding of what it takes to create meaningful change.
Retreat Leader and Coach: I create safe, spacious environments where you can explore who you truly are, free from judgment.
My clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and spacious. These qualities create the trust and safety needed for deep inner work, allowing you to let go, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
As one client put it:
"Sarah has made my dream possible. She has helped me nurture my inner strength, break free from limiting patterns, and transform my self-belief. I feel empowered to move forward, not just in my career, but as myself. It’s the most freeing gift I could imagine." — Faye Mason Elias
Why Authentic Leadership Matters
In today’s fast-paced, chaotic world, the demands on leaders are immense. The pressure to perform, deliver results, and navigate uncertainty can pull even the most capable leaders into cycles of stress, reactivity, and disconnection—not just from their work, but from themselves.
Add to that the challenges of personal life—health, relationships, finances—and it’s clear: we are not just our careers. We are whole people, and when any part of us is out of alignment, it affects how we show up in every aspect of life.
But here’s the truth: great leadership isn’t just about achieving external results. It’s about who you are on the inside.
When leaders are grounded and authentic, they:
Inspire trust and connection, creating meaningful relationships with those they lead.
Create calm and stability, even in times of uncertainty and chaos.
Lead with intention, clarity, and purpose, making decisions that align with their values and vision.
As one client reflected:
"We all want the life we love, but most of us lack the inner freedom to make it happen. Sarah’s work has helped me blow up the inner doubts and fears that held me back. It’s given me the tools, beliefs, and freedom to live the life I love." — Hana Fazal
Authentic leadership requires inner work. This isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for thriving in chaos while creating a meaningful, lasting impact. And it’s exactly what the world needs right now: leaders who are deeply connected to themselves, their values, and the people they serve.
If you care about your well-being, your work, and the world, authentic leadership isn’t just the answer—it’s the path forward.
Fast Forward to Today
Now in my 50s, I’ve built a life that feels deeply aligned with who I am. I’ve stepped away from the pressure to conform and embraced the freedom to create. Every retreat I host and every coaching session I lead is an extension of the lessons I’ve learned: that authenticity is the key to everything we’re seeking, and that it’s never too late to find your way back to yourself.
"Thank you, Sarah, for a life-changing and deeply nourishing experience that keeps on giving long after it’s over." — Hannah Moss
If you’re ready to lead with clarity, calm, and authenticity, I’d love to support you on your journey.
Life Beyond Work
I live by the sea in Brighton with my teenage daughter. Growing up with an Indian father and English mother, I was immersed in a multicultural environment, which sparked my love for diversity. I’ve lived and worked in many countries and speak Spanish and Italian fluently.
When I’m not supporting clients, I’m often traveling, cooking, creating art, or lying on my sofa contemplating life (or snoozing!).
